We highly recommend ELITE WEALTH CREATORS and Dimitri the young man we dealt with. Originally we contacted them about two years ago and Nick did come to our house to explain to us how it works from the loan to the home and land package, at the time we delayed and then last year we contacted the company again. Dimitri took over and he explained again all the details and answered all our questions (we had so many). Thanks to him, we found the courage to go ahead this time and we are glad we did. The dual key house was finished in approximately 16 weeks and we couldn’t be happier. The home is of very good quality with very nice final touches. Tenants were found even before the keys were handed to us and they moved into the house one week later. I don’t normally put good reviews unless it’s good service and this one is definitely worth it.
